Up Next: Club Christmas/Holiday Party at the home of Dan Sockle & Susan Stahl

Plans have been made for the club's Christmas/Holiday party at the home of Dan Sockle & Susan Stahl (2806 NE 157th St., Vancouver, WA, 98686) on Thursday, Dec. 15 beginning at 5:30 p.m. Dan and Susan will provide:

• Relish tray (olives and other pickled items)
• Swedish or barbeque-sauce meatballs
• Sliced baguettes and artichoke-jalapeno dip
• Vegetarian rollups
• Onion dip and chips
• And a variety of beverages

They are asking each attendee/couple to bring ONE of the following:

• a favorite appetizer/finger food, OR
• a favorite dessert easy to just pick up (cookies) or pre-sliced for easy self-serving, OR
• a bottle of wine

AND, just for fun, please bring a wrapped gift, preferably not obvious as to content:

• Not to exceed $20 in cost
• Tasteful humor most welcome

Upon arrival, a number will be affixed to each gift. The member/guest will then select a number out of a basket to ensure they do not pick the same number just affixed to their gift. We'll do a "White Elephant" gift exchange a little bit into the evening.

Spouses, significant others, guests, families and potential Rotarians are most welcome.
