Upcoming Club Meetings
Regular meetings of the Rotary Club of Three Creeks are held first and third Thursdays at 5:30 p.m., at LaQuinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham (1500 NE 134th St, Vancouver, WA) unless otherwise noted below. Occasional "offsite" meetings will be held at businesses in the area. Those will be announced as they are confirmed.

FEBRUARY 2024 SERVICE PROJECT
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY JOHNSON VILLAGE
Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024, 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

Outline of Volunteer Responsibilities:
Training and Support:
No Experience Necessary!
Volunteers receive direction and support from Habitat construction staff and volunteer crew leaders
Evergreen Habitat will provide all the tools and supplies needed for a build.
Expectations:
Time Commitment: 8:30am-3:00pm. Volunteers must be able to commit to the entire shift. We understand that life happens but please stay until we are all cleaned up for the day.
Age requirement: Must be at least 16 years old with a completed Youth Waiver before coming to site. Must be 18+ to use power tools.
Qualifications: Volunteers must sign a Release and Waiver of Liability and our Volunteer Code of Conduct online before coming to site.
Clothing Requirement: Volunteers are required to wear closed-toed sturdy shoes and comfortable clothing that can get dirty.
Items to Bring: Please come equipped with a water bottle and lunch. There is a microwave you can use.
Signing up: Please do not come to site if we are at capacity. Please unregister or email volunteer@ehfh.org as soon as you know you cannot come to make space for another volunteer.
Please park in the church parking lot, in the very back corner closest to Johnson Village. You can get to the construction site by walking through the grass towards the community garden.
*Volunteer tasks/activities will vary on a day-to-day basis. Current tasks involve the various stages of floor framing and house siding.

- Following safety guidelines
- Reporting directly to the Evergreen Habitat staff on site
- Being respectful of staff, homebuyers, and other volunteers on site

Helps serve 175+/- Seniors every month for lunch and have over 600 on the roster we mail (to those who don't want an email) a monthly newsletter & calendar
Please bring donated items to the March 7 club meeting, or feel free to drop off at Tina Vlachos's office prior to the club meeting.

Rotary Club of Three Creeks Board Meetings
Our club board meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m., typically on Zoom, but check the website for specific location. Board meetings are open to all members and attendance at a board meeting can be used as a makeup meeting to support attendance requirements. These dates and locations are subject to change.
