The Rotary Club of Three Creeks continues to make an impact in its community, having spent an evening painting two rooms at Share's Hazel Dell shelter.
Six members of the club, joined by a proposed member, a potential member and a husband shared some of their time on a Thursday evening to paint two rooms that were in need of refreshing. And the impact was positive. In one room, children of the shelter even had a chance to try their hand at painting led by Scot and Charlie. It wasn't the smoothest experience, but it certainly put smiles on the faces of these young children from families facing hard times. Share staffers were impressed by the amount of work that was done, and the impact that was made by Rotarians. And a handful of children took away a memory filled with smiles. Many thanks go to Jessie Harris and her husband Jeff who purchased and donated all of the paint, materials and equipment needed to complete the projects. Comments are closed.
