Youth Exchange Host Family training offered
To ensure the success of the District 5100 Youth Exchange Program and our experiences with our Inbound Students, we would appreciate you giving priority to attendance at this training.
Additionally, as we begin our new Rotary year, there are often changes in YEO's and Counselors. Therefore, we have a few housekeeping items. Please let us know:

Additionally, as we begin our new Rotary year, there are often changes in YEO's and Counselors. Therefore, we have a few housekeeping items. Please let us know:
- any new YEO's
- any new Club Counselors
- if we have incorrect information about your Club youth exchange committee members and need assistance updating YEAH.
- if you do not have your first host family assigned and approved - we would like to ensure all host families receive proper training before the students arrive
- if you do not have all your host families for the year, please let us know when you add new families so we can ensure they recieve the training before hosting.
- if need assistance from the district committee for any reason

Mental Health First Aid training offered by District 5100
Trainers of the D5100 District Action Group for Mental Health Initiatives have put together a wonderful one-day training session teaching you how you can help someone through a mental health challenge.
Details are being finalized to offer the course on July 22 and July 26 in Clackamas County, and Aug. 10 and Sept. 14 at the District Office in Beaverton. The dates are coming up soon!
Training sessions are also being planned beyond September, including a virtual class. The course is low cost.
