Bios for 2025-2026 Board of Directors

Kristi Straight - President

Kristi Straight is a longtime resident of Clark County, Washington, and a charter member of the Rotary Club of Three Creeks. She served on both the club and foundation boards prior to assuming the role of president.
Kristi’s professional background includes administrative support for attorneys in Portland and Vancouver. She currently works as an Account Manager for Starting Point, an organization that provides alcohol evaluation and treatment services.
She is married to Tom Straight and is the proud parent of two adult children, Annie and TJ. Her family continues to grow with the addition of TJ’s wife, Annika Morrow, and Annie and Brycen Zimmerman are expecting a baby boy in July 2026—making Ava a big sister at age six.
As president, Kristi enjoys leading meetings at Columbia Ridge Winery in Ridgefield. She values the strong personal connections Rotary club members make and their service work to our community.

Chuck Green - President Elect

Chuck Green recently retired as Ridgefield’s Public Works Director, capping a 43-years career in public service. Chuck’s community service support has included Clark County Council for
the Homeless, Humane Societies of Southwest Washington and Mason County, Evergreen Habitat for Humanity, Clark County Green Bag Food Project, and several other non-profit organizations in the region. Chuck’s work experience includes a major transit project in Vientiane, Laos, where in his seven
trips he attended meetings of the Vientiane Rotary Club. Chuck has been an elected official, serving as Co-chair of the Clark County Charter Review Commission, as well as an appointed official, serving five years (including two as Chair) on the Clark County Commission on Aging, where he led the update to the county’s Aging Readiness Plan.

Michele Petrick - Secretary

Michele Petrick is the club secretary for Rotary of Three Creeks club, 2024-2027 and has been a member of Rotary since 2017. Michele’s commitment to service began at a young age when she volunteered as a candy striper at St. Vincent Hospital. That early experience sparked what she describes as a lifelong “volunteering career,” rooted in compassion and a desire to make a meaningful difference. Over the years, Michele has dedicated her time and energy to numerous organizations and community events. Her volunteer efforts have supported patients and families at Doernbecher Children's Hospital, and City of Hope, as well as therapeutic outreach programs such as Mountain Peaks Therapy Llamas and Alpacas. She has also given her time to the Humane
Society and the Alzheimer's Association.
Professionally, Michele has built her career in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. With extensive experience as a Regional Sales Manager, she has developed a strong reputation for leadership, strategic growth, and relationship building. Whether in her professional role or through her many volunteer commitments, Michele leads with heart, integrity, and a deep belief in giving back.
